dash and display went black out

only had this car for a few weeks ad to my surprise the dash and ifotainment system went black while i was driving. Getting this checked this weekend but thought id share it here to see if anyone else had the same issue? .. tnx in advance!

Interesting issue and probably very dangerous, i suggest to not drive it until resolved just make sure to fire up the engine from time to time to not make it stagnant. though from my own knowledge and opinion the problem should be within the software, with the tech these days its best to stay up to date on everything so check on the firmware too.

This issue is definitely not something you want happening while driving. Could be a software glitch, a loose connection, or even a faulty module. Hopefully, it's just a quick reset fix, but let us know what the dealer says

have you found out anything about this? my sister's car is having the same issue. She hasn't brought it to the dealer yet, maybe this weekend
