Love our EQEV so far but now a minor frustration re relearning tire pressures

We traded in our Tesla Model 3 and took delivery of our EQEV in late November 2024. We are quite happy with the EQ, particularly with the increased interior room and smoother ride that we wanted. I am frustrated right now, however, with the relearn tire pressure function and could use some help.

I took the EQ to the dealership for the first tire rotation. When they were done, I specifically asked if the relearn procedure had been performed and was assured by a service writer (not the technician who performed the work) that relearn was a part of the tire rotation procedure. When I got into the car, I checked the pressures on the Infotainment system. The PSIs for three of the tires were normal but the right rear was about 6 PSI less (35 versus 41). I thought that I remembered reading something about the car having to be driven a little before relearn took effect, so I left the dealership without asking about this discrepancy.

I used my manual gauge to check pressure when I got home and found that it was the right front tire, not the right rear, that was 5 or 6 PSI less than the other three tires. This seemed to clearly indicate that the relearn procedure had not been successfully completed. I continued to drive the car for a couple of days hoping that the system would correct itself, but no luck.

I have now tried to run relearn from the Infotainment screen several times. The first time, after a few minutes, the numbers were replaced by amber dashes; in retrospect, I'm thinking I probably should have driven the car then to accomplish the reset but I waited and the PSI numbers returned. In subsequent attempts, the Infotainment screen says the relearn process is active for a few minutes but ends without going to the amber dashes and no change in the PSI numbers.

Is it correct that my EQEV is supposed to auto relearn tire pressures through the function ostensibly available on the Infotainment screen? If so, does the procedure involve more than pushing the relearn button? I may be missing it, but I have been unable to find a step-by-step procedure in the owner's manual or elsewhere and neither can Microsoft Copilot. I would be grateful for advice. Thanks.
