When I pass by the rear hatch it tries to open when I don’t want it to. Is there anything I can do to turn off this feature?

Does it open all the way up? Do you have its keys with you when you pass by? I think theres a feature where your key fob can automatically open the rear hatch.

What you need to do is go to settings on the infotainment, then press vehicle, then comfort and convenience, and then find hands-free liftgate or power liftgate mode. Set it to either off or manual. IDK I'm not sure actually but that's based on what I know.
