issues when making phone calls

Is it just me or when using the equinox for phone calls, the other person cannot hear me. I call my sister when driving I can hear her but she cant hear me and when she does she says it sounded muffled. Should I bring it back to the dealer or anyone has experienced this and resolved it? Thanks!

is this new or its recent? i think it could be the Bluetooth or the mic. have you tried with a different phone or connect yours to a different car?

Make sure to double check you're on car mode and not phone.

True, just figured this out very recently. If you answer a call on your phone, there are options to use the phone's speaker, the phone itself (putting it on your ear) and lastly car mode.
