Other ways to clean the mags

Having a bit of trouble cleaning my wheels, they still have a white film and scratches even after using a car wash and spray. Do I really need to scrub them by hand with a rag? Its such a hassle for me. Is there any other way you guys can suggest?

Yeah, hand scrubbing with a microfiber cloth is usually the only way to fully remove brake dust film. You could try a wheel-specific iron remover spray, it helps loosen the grime.
